Terms of Service
1. What this service is
Financial Command Center is a personal financial planning tool. You enter your own financial information; the service organizes it, projects outcomes under assumptions you control, and produces documents like budgets and financial statements from what you entered.
2. Not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice
The service performs calculations on the numbers and assumptions you provide. It does not know your full situation and it does not give advice. Projections are hypothetical illustrations, not predictions or guarantees. Nothing in the service creates an advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, lending, or tax-preparation relationship. Consult your own qualified professionals before acting on anything the service shows you.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your login credentials, for the accuracy of the information you enter, and for activity under your account. One account per person; do not share credentials.
4. Your data and your responsibilities
Your financial data remains yours. We claim no ownership of it. You are responsible for keeping backup copies using the export feature, and for the consequences of deleting your account or data, which is permanent. If you enable optional end-to-end encryption, we cannot read or recover your data without your passphrase; losing the passphrase means losing access to that data.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the service for unlawful purposes; probe, disrupt, or overload the service; attempt to access another person's data; resell or white-label the service without a written agreement; use automated tools to extract data other than your own; or misuse the AI-assisted features (including attempts to extract other users' information or to make the AI produce content unrelated to your own financial data).
6. AI-assisted features
Some features send text you provide (for example, pasted bank transactions) to a third-party AI provider to categorize or estimate. Results are estimates and can be wrong; review them before accepting. These features may be rate-limited, changed, or withdrawn.
7. Fees
The service is currently offered free of charge during early access. If subscriptions are introduced, billing terms, renewal, and cancellation will be stated at the point of purchase, and continued use after notice of a pricing change constitutes acceptance.
8. Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, and content we created, belongs to the operator and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for your own financial planning. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculations fit your circumstances. Tax rules and financial data change; the service may lag those changes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and any owners and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or financial decisions made in reliance on the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limits apply only where permitted.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the menu. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections 2, 8, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination.
12. Changes to the service or these terms
We may modify the service or these terms. For material changes to the terms we will give notice (for example, by email or in-app) before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
